Welcome to the MBUSD Superintendent's website. My name is Mike Matthews, and I have been Superintendent of MBUSD since July 1, 2010. I feel extraordinarily fortunate to serve a community that is so dedicated to our students.
One of the MBUSD Board of Trustees' goals this year is to improve communication with all stakeholders. This website will be one of the ways that I try to do that.
I created this site in an effort to complement the MBUSD District Website. I will provide the items and information that I believe are valuable to our parents and the public, and I hope to provide it in such a way that it is clear and usable. I will provide links to our current website, links to current education news, the MBUSD Twitter site. In addition, I will give updates that I hope are useful to all.
